Directions

If you're travelling via the M23, exit at Junction 9 and follow signs to your departure terminal. Then use the instructions below based on whether you're flying from the North or South Terminal.

North Terminal:

  1. Follow signs for ‘Passenger Drop Off - North Terminal’
  2. Stay in the right-hand lane
  3. Drive to the far end of the drop-off area
  4. An I Love Meet & Greet driver will be waiting in the Approved Operator bay

South Terminal:

  1. Follow signs for ‘Passenger Drop Off - South Terminal’
  2. Stay in the right-hand lane
  3. Continue to the far end of the drop-off area
  4. A driver will meet you in the Approved Operator lane

Look out for staff wearing I Love Meet & Greet uniforms and identification. Allow enough time for handover before heading to the terminal.

Arrival instructions

Meet and Greet Valet couldn’t be easier:

  1. When you are ten minutes away call I Love Meet & Greet on the number provided.
  2. Drive to the designated meeting point.
  3. An I Love Meet & Greet operative will be waiting to take your car.
  4. Head into the terminal and enjoy your holiday.
  5. Your car will be washed whilst you are away.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete the vehicle hand over before heading to the terminal.

Return instructions

Collecting your car is just as simple:

  1. Call I Love Meet & Greet on the number provided once you’ve collected luggage and cleared customs.
  2. Head to the designated meeting point.
  3. Collect your car and have a safe journey home.

Important information

Please ensure you read the vehicle restrictions and important information to help make your journey as smooth as possible.

  • Leave your keys, your vehicle will be securely relocated by I Love Meet & Greet. Vehicle restrictions apply.
  • For last minute booking changes from the day before arrival, contact I Love Meet & Greet on 01293 824 221.
  • Gatwick Airport forecourt charges are included, any penalty notices should be reported to customer.services@ilovemeetandgreet.co.uk.
  • Exterior cleaning only, service provided by I Love Meet & Greet.

Security

Security measures include bright lighting throughout the site, perimeter fencing, and on-site staff presence at all times. Your vehicle will be protected while you're away, giving you peace of mind during your trip.

Vehicle restrictions

Only standard-sized vehicles are accepted:

  • Cars and minibuses with up to 9 seats (including the driver)

  • Taxis are not accepted under any circumstances
    Oversized or commercial vehicles may be refused on arrival.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
